◼ DESCRIPTION

LOCERYL 5% actively kills the fungus causing the nail infection. LOCERYL® 5%’s unique lacquer coats and penetrates the nail and keeps killing the fungus for 7 days*. Treatment should be continued until the infected nail has grown out and a healthy nail has grown back.

◼ HOW TO USE

Apply to affected nails 1-2 times a week:

1. **Preparation:** Before first use, file the affected nail area thoroughly with the provided file. Wipe the nail surface with the provided pad to remove grease. Re-file the nail and wipe off any remaining lacquer before reapplying.

*Note: Do not use the file on healthy nails.*

2. **Application:** Use the reusable spatula to apply the medication to the entire affected nail surface and let it dry. Dip the spatula into the bottle for each application but avoid contaminating the bottle’s contents. Clean the spatula with a pad after use.

3. **Protection:** When handling organic solvents (e.g., thinner, gasoline), wear gloves to protect the applied medication.

4. **Nail Polish:** Wait at least 10 minutes after application before using nail polish. Remove nail polish thoroughly before reapplying the medication.

Continue treatment until the nail is fully regenerated and the infection is healed. Treatment duration is generally 6 months for fingernails and 9-12 months for toenails, depending on infection severity.
